the great is at his rumor,people don't know what his real life is .his life is full of mystery .and this mystery make him great to the rumor .when one person is mysterious ,others will think higher deeply to his real identity than his original identity.so his great is at his mystery to others.
And his wealth makes him great .he is rich and always invite people to his house to attend a party.and there has other stranger to his house too.when those stranger go to his house,this means he is very famous and popular to the whole country.
And his dream to Daisy is great,his dream exist 5 years.He want to meet Daisy again and want her to marry him.when tom move to the new house,he try everything to see him and tell him to invite Daisy .when daisy was there,he lost in her.he fell in love again.but he doesn't know that daisy has changed.he spent long time love daisy and try anything to bring daisy back to his life.this love to daisy make him so great.
His great also at his polite to others.when TOm said something impolite to him at first time they met,he did not act violent,he just ignore it.
His conceal make him great,because he is so secret about his real life.and he can cover his life so entirely to make others guess but never know the truth.

Gatsby

i know i not popular,but i don't think that there should be a lot of people to attend the party for knowing friends. i tell TOm that Daisy really love me,not him.He think i am crazy,but the truth is he is mad,not me.i can't stand that he is still believe that daisy love him,i want him to know he is facing the truth that his wife is loving the other man.i want him to shame him for his disrespect to me before.he is so stupid for 5 years,thinking that daisy love him.he did bad things to daisy,i feel sorry for her,i want to love her forever and suffer those pain she got.when she said that she did not love him once,i was happy for approaching my dream a little bit.suddenly she get mad ,i get mad too.she said what is past is past.at the end ,she admit that she love him and me.i can't stand that she love another people,she belong to me only and forever.this break my whole dream for many years.Tom said that there are the things between them that i will never know,things that neither of them can never forget.now i know i am the stranger among them.for 5 years,i don't know what is going on between them,i am the nothing in their memory.When tom want to take better of Daisy form now on,i was panic and worried,will she leave again form my sight .no ,no ,no.

 VAlley of ashes -a fantastic farm where ashes grow like wheat into ridges and hills and grotesque garden,where ashes take the forms of houses and chimneys and rising smoke and finally,with a transcendent effort ,of men who move dimly and already crumbling through the powdery air.The eye of T.J. eckleburg are blue and gigantic.this valley seems to symbol the badness of this land.this two eye is the symbol downfall of this place which used to be flourish.
Wilson is an weak man,charging a poor car store,which doesn't have business.Tom has promise to sell the car to Him.When they talked about the car,Tom seems to retard the process of fixing the car.maybe this is the reason that he can come here to see his lover.Wilson seems afraid that Tom won't sell the car to him.Wilson seems don't have any notice of the relationship between his wife and Tom.Nick seems don't have any feeling to this.I think tom is so bad .He is cheating on wilson.
The dog is not the purest one,and it contains other kind blood.When mrs.Wilson bought this dog ,that shows she is not the purest one for Tom,because Tom's wife has the right position.she is just a lover and the one who destroy other' family and leave her own family.
Mr wilson do some call and Nick go to buy some cigarette .she change another dress for the guests.Mrs.Mckee want her husband to take a picture of Mrs wilson. Catherine asked me about the place that i live and whether i know the Gatsby.Mr.Mckee want to do some business .Catherine said that it's daisy who is an catholic that makes Tom and Mrs .wilson  can't married.Mrs wilson talked about the marriage between her husband.Her husband borrow the suit for wedding and did not tell her until someone come to ask for it.Tom and mrs wilson have argument .
This chapter is the description of tom's lover.it's the
continued of the story from the first chapter that tom and daisy's problem about the marriage.

i think there has some meaning when Tom said about the book that he read when they talked about the rudeness of Tom. Tom said that this world gonna be taken by the other kind of people and They should protect this world.

• Nick is a poor person is this society but his cousin and her husband are pretty wealthy because they always move .he also has his own dignity when tom said he didn't know the place that Nick work  at.He is polite and respectful to others such as he think that he disturb the two girls ,want to apologize .He is world-wise .he know that Daisy and Tom are both having  intercourse with him,and they will pass tonight causally ,which is different from the West.and when Daisy and Tom arguing ,he try to distract them,but it doesn't work.He know that Daisy use him to make Tom angry.He know Daisy did not treat him with true heart.He know that he won't married because of a rumor .He is pretty clear with what he want and what he don't want .
• Daisy is literally an actress .He pretend to treat me like best friend and miss Nick.But actually she treat use Nick to make Tom angry.She think that nick won't know but he did know everything.she treat Nick as a tool .She is a little poor woman ,she see through all the life and experience .
• Tom is a spendthrift and he likes to brandish such as the great Ostentation and extravagance of the house moving，his action about shipping a number of horse for playing from Lake Forest.His outlook shows that he is a arrogant and strong person.He think he is strong and beyond others.he doesn't respect others and treat nick like a mouse which can pick up and throw away.He doesn't have Self-knowledge because he have Derailment but he seems jealous about the his wife with Nick.he has his own dignity when he face the other guests.

• Miss baker has a little bit disdain to Nick when she talked about the place that nick live in.she likes sleep .she care about the issues between Daisy and Tom.But she seems like she did not angry with Tom's Derailment.

Heroes help the country build up.Heroes won’t give up when they lost the battle.Heroes was someone who can save other’s life such as firemen and policemen.They help people and even contribute their life.Heroes don't like idols,idols can only show his face in the show,then they have a lot of fans follow,but Heroes need to do something impressive to make people remember them.Some heroes contribute their life but people didn't know them.Heroes is those who contribute to society but do not want anything in reward.But even though idols did not contribute a lot,they can still receive people's attention.
